On January 27, the Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Paul Chan Mo-po, stated in his speech at the 19th Asian Financial Forum's "Global Industry Summit" that innovation and technology are the main drivers of Hong Kong's economic growth.
