Guinea announces new government structure.

Journalists from the Central Office learned on January 27th that the President of Guinea, Alpha Cond, has reappointed Amadou Umar Baa as the Prime Minister of Guinea. At the same time, the country has announced a new government structure, with 27 ministries and 2 secretariats. On January 22nd, President Cond accepted the resignation of Prime Minister Umar and all government ministers.
