Heavy-duty vehicle technology startup Deepway Technology raised $173 million in funding before its IPO.

Before planning to go public in Hong Kong, Shimou Technology Co., Ltd. raised about 1.2 billion RMB in the pre-IPO financing round. ABC Impact under Temasek, Lenovo Ventures, and PwC Capital participated in this round of pre-IPO financing, and battery manufacturer Xinwanda also participated in the investment.
