The action plan mentions that the number of new energy vehicles in the city will be further increased. Accelerate the process of electrification of motor vehicles, and optimize the policy system for the promotion and application of new energy vehicles. By 2026, the proportion of new energy vehicles in registered vehicles in the city will reach more than 50%. Implement a subsidy policy for replacing old cars with new ones for private cars, promoting the replacement of existing social private cars with new energy vehicles.
