Ningxia's GDP is expected to grow by 5.3% in 2025.

The Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Bureau of Statistics and the Ningxia Survey Brigade of the National Bureau of Statistics recently announced the economic performance for 2025. According to the unified accounting results, the region's gross domestic product (GDP) in 2025 was 5696.49 billion yuan, calculated at constant prices, an increase of 5.3% over the previous year. By industry, the value added of the primary industry was 469.86 billion yuan, an increase of 6.0%; the value added of the secondary industry was 2360.38 billion yuan, an increase of 5.2%; and the value added of the tertiary industry was 2866.25 billion yuan, an increase of 5.2%.
