Since the implementation of the "double-free" policy on December 1, 2025, with the support and cooperation of the majority of tourists, the Lingyin Feilai Peak Scenic Area in Hangzhou has been operating with free reservation for more than 50 days, with overall stability and order, and good social feedback. In order to further optimize the allocation of public resources in the scenic area, solve the problems reflected by tourists during the reservation process, and enhance the visiting experience, it has been decided to optimize and upgrade the current reservation mechanism of the Lingyin Feilai Peak Scenic Area from February 1, 2026. In order to guide tourists to make honest reservations and jointly maintain a good reservation order, after a successful reservation, if the visitor does not check in the park before 17:00 on the reserved day and does not cancel the reservation before 17:00 on the day before entry, it will be counted as one "no-show". If they choose to enter the park as a standby the next day, once successfully on standby, they cannot cancel the reservation, and if they do not check in the park by 17:00 on the standby day, it will be counted as one "no-show". In the new regulations, stricter restrictions have been set for "no-show" behavior. Firstly, restrictions have been added to the reservation account for "no-shows". Secondly, cumulative no-show restrictions have been added. For the first no-show, the reservation account and the reserved person will be suspended from reservation for 30 days. If there is another no-show, the suspension period will be accumulated.
