According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Shangrao Junda Aerospace Space Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Manliang as the legal representative, registered capital of 33.3333 million yuan, and business scope including manufacturing of plastic products, photovoltaic equipment and components manufacturing, and research and development of new materials technology. Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Junda Group's wholly-owned subsidiary Shangrao Jetai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xingyi Xineng Technology Co., Ltd.
