Haikou and Shenzhen signed a cooperation agreement on "inter-provincial one-stop services".

According to the Haikou Daily News, on January 23, the Haikou Municipal Business Environment Construction Bureau and the Shenzhen Municipal Administration Service and Data Management Bureau jointly signed the "ShenzhenHaikou Administrative Service "Cross-Provincial Handling" Cooperation Agreement", marking a new stage of cross-regional synergy in administrative services between the two cities, further boosting the coordinated development of the Hainan Free Trade Port and the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. Next, Haikou will continue to deepen cooperation with the Shenzhen Municipal Administration Service and Data Management Bureau, expand the scope of "cross-provincial handling" matters, and enhance the efficiency of collaborative services in both areas. The plan is to incorporate more high-frequency matters into the "Shen Xiao Ai" AI+ administrative service model, providing intelligent assistance and handling services for residents of both cities. At the same time, promote reform measures such as "one license for all purposes," "elimination of physical photos," "centralized certification," and the global ID card "6 categories and 10 cards" for mutual recognition, strengthen offline exchanges between administrative service departments of the two cities, and allow enterprises and the public to enjoy more convenient and efficient cross-regional administrative services.
