Deli Jia announcement: On January 25, 2026, the company signed a "Deli Jia 10MW and above wind turbine gearbox research and development and manufacturing project investment cooperation agreement" with Wuxi Wanshan Lake Industrial Development Co., Ltd. and the People's Government of Yangjian Town. The total investment of the project is 5 billion yuan, with an initial investment of 2 billion yuan, including all infrastructure, initial equipment investment, and some working capital. Later investment progress will be implemented in batches according to production capacity needs. The project construction period is 60 months, with an expected start date of July 2026. The project covers an area of about 350 acres, with a provisional price of 400,000 yuan per acre. After the project reaches production, it can add an annual production capacity of more than 10MW wind turbine gearboxes.
