The First Meeting of the Third Council of the China Brand Promotion Association was held in Beijing.

On January 25th, the third session of the Council of the China Brand Construction Promotion Association was held in Beijing. Meng Yang, member of the Party Group of the State Administration for Market Regulation and Deputy Director, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, deploying work for the third session of the Council of the China Brand Construction Promotion Association and making requirements. The meeting pointed out that brand construction is an important part of enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises, cultivating and developing new economic growth drivers, and meeting the inherent requirements of the people's pursuit of a better life. The China Brand Construction Promotion Association should adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the various plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on brand construction, deepen the implementation of brand development strategies according to the deployment of the Party Group of the State Administration for Market Regulation, strengthen brand construction special research and experience exchange, enhance brand theory research and talent development, strengthen brand evaluation and standard construction, strengthen brand publicity and international cooperation, create a good environment for brand development, continuously enhance brand competitiveness, influence, and international level, promote China's brand construction to a new level, and make new contributions to promoting high-quality economic development. At this meeting, the Council underwent a change in leadership. According to the results of the election, Meng Yang concurrently serves as the Chairman of the third session of the Council of the China Brand Construction Promotion Association, Wang Chenhua, Jiang Nan, Zhang Gang, Zhang Haiyan, Yi Jingtao, Hu Ganggao, Duan Yongsheng, Gu Shaoping, Huang Ruiyu, Jiang Jiadong, and Lei Liugong serve as Vice Chairmen, and Deng Wei serves as Vice Chairman and Secretary-General. Members of the third session of the Council of the China Brand Construction Promotion Association from central and state organs, brand enterprises, research institutions, social organizations, local brand construction promotion associations, and other sectors attended the meeting. Relevant leaders of the State Administration for Market Regulation and its affiliated units attended the meeting as well.
