Xin Chen Capital and New Great Way jointly announced that New Great Way will acquire Jiaxinliheng.

Xinchen Capital and New Da Zheng jointly announced that the transaction in which New Da Zheng acquires a portion of the equity of Jiaxin Liheng Facility Management Co., Ltd., a member company of Xinchen Capital, has signed a supplemental agreement. This transaction is still subject to the final approval of relevant regulatory authorities.
