Shenghong Technology: Intends to acquire the equity of a foreign company through a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Shenghong Technology announced that the company plans to acquire the controlling subsidiary of TCL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary MFS Technology PTE Ltd in Singapore, in cash. This subsidiary has 100% equity interest in SunPower Malaysia Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. the total purchase price of this transaction does not exceed 51 million US dollars. After the completion of this transaction, the target company will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
