Huatai Securities: Elect Wang Huiqing as the Chairman of the Board and appoint Zhou Yi as the Chief Executive Officer.

Huatai Securities announced on the evening of January 23 that the board of directors agreed to elect Wang Huiqing as the chairman of the seventh board of directors, and to appoint Zhou Yi as the chief executive officer and director of the executive committee of the company. Han Zhencong, Jiang Jian, Zhang Hui, Chen Tianxiang, Jiao Xiaoning, and Wang Yujie were appointed as members of the executive committee, with Han Zhencong also serving as the chief information officer, Jiao Xiaoning as the chief financial officer, and Zhang Hui as the secretary of the board of directors. Former chairman Zhang Wei and former member of the executive committee Sun Hanlin have resigned.
