The China Securities Industry Association recently held a meeting of the new session of the Talent Development Professional Committee and the full meeting of the Chairman of the Committee. The meeting discussed and exchanged views on the talent development plan of the securities industry during the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" period and the key work of the committee in 2026. The meeting believes that the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" period is a strategic opportunity for the securities industry to take advantage of the momentum, deepen the comprehensive reform of the capital market, and accelerate the construction of first-class investment banks and investment institutions. Talent is the core element for the high-quality development of the securities industry, and a first-class team of talents is crucial to industry competitiveness. It is necessary to accelerate the improvement of the incentive constraints and talent cultivation system, and focus on enhancing employees' sense of belonging and honor.
