Tianhong Shuke announced that from 2020 to 2021, the company leased the 1st to 4th floors of the Longping Tianhong Shopping Center in Shenzhen, with an area of approximately 35,200 square meters. The company is currently negotiating with the owner, Shenzhen Pingshan Section A Joint Stock Company, to amend the lease contract, shorten the lease term, and adjust the rental conditions. It is expected that this matter will increase the company's total profit in 2026 by approximately 11.07 million yuan, mainly due to the confirmation of disposal income from the right to use assets. This transaction does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, falls within the approval authority of the General Manager's Office, and does not require the approval of the Board of Directors.
