Xinri Corporation announced that its 2026 first extraordinary shareholders' meeting will be held in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province on January 22, 2026. A total of 112 shareholders and proxies attended, holding a total of 150 million voting shares, accounting for 65.18%. Due to the absence of Chairman Zhang Chongshun, the meeting was presided over by Zhao Xuezong. The meeting was conducted through a combination of onsite and online voting. Both proposals were passed, with 99.83% of the votes in favor of the "Proposal to transfer 80% equity of wholly-owned subsidiary" and 99.89% in favor of the "Proposal to establish a compensation management system for senior executives".
