Shenke Group invests in establishing a new company specializing in power equipment.

According to the enterprise information app QiChaCha, Shandong Shen Neng Power Equipment Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 20 million RMB. Its business scope includes manufacturing of bearings, gears, and transmission components; hydraulic power machinery and components manufacturing; and mechanical and electrical equipment manufacturing. Through equity penetration displayed by QiChaCha, it is revealed that the company is wholly owned by Shenke Corporation.
