FTC appeals against the antitrust ruling on Meta.

Meta Platforms rose 1.5% in early trading on Wednesday. The Federal Trade Commission is appealing a ruling from November that found Meta Platforms does not have a monopoly in the personal social networking market. The FTC continues to push for the breakup of Meta's acquisitions of Instagram and WhatsApp.
