ST Easybuy announced that its subsidiary Suning Easybuy Trading in Nanjing Baxia plans to sign a lease agreement with affiliated companies Suning Real Estate and Suning Electronics to lease floors B1 to 5 of Suning Life Plaza in Nanjing Xinggong Square, with an area of 18,500 square meters. The lease term is from 2026 to 2030, with a rental fee of 165 million yuan. This transaction has been approved by the independent directors' special meeting and the board of directors. In addition, the company also disclosed related transactions such as store leases and operating services with related parties.
