Announcement from China West Power: The Board of Directors received written resignation reports from Directors Ma Ding, Shen Zhixiang, and Vice General Manager Yu Mingxing on January 21, 2026. Due to work reasons, Ma Ding resigned from the position of director, Shen Zhixiang resigned from the positions of director and member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, and Yu Mingxing resigned from the position of Vice General Manager. Ma Ding and Shen Zhixiang will no longer hold any positions in the company and its subsidiary companies, while Yu Mingxing will continue to serve as the Chairman of Xi'an West Electric International Engineering Co., Ltd.
