Space Arrow Electronics announced that shareholder Yin Shengyu, who held more than 5% of the shares, disclosed a plan to reduce holdings on October 20, 2025, intending to reduce no more than 4.8 million shares within three months. From January 7 to 15, 2026, 1.824 million shares have been reduced. From January 16 to 20, Yin Shengyu further reduced 2.399545 million shares through block trades, accounting for 1% of the total share capital. After this equity change, Yin Shengyu's holdings have decreased to 11.9999 million shares, accounting for 5%, reaching integer multiples of 1% and 5%, the reduction plan has not been completed, and will not affect the company's control rights.
