The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology revised the "Requirements for the Admission Review of Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises" and "Requirements for the Admission Review of Road Motor Vehicle Products," which will be implemented starting from January 1, 2027.

According to relevant regulations such as the "Administration Measures for Road Motor Vehicle Production Enterprises and Product Access Management" and the "Decision on Amending the Regulations on Access Management for New Energy Vehicle Production Enterprises and Products," the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has revised the "Access Review Requirements for Road Motor Vehicle Production Enterprises" and the "Access Review Requirements for Road Motor Vehicle Products." These amendments are hereby announced and will be implemented from January 1, 2027.
