For the purpose of further optimizing the company's management structure, improving operational efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, reducing management costs, and promoting the company's quality and efficiency improvement, Folate Corporation announces that the company will integrate two companies, Anfu Glass and Zhongda Quartz, through the method of absorption and merger. After this absorption and merger is completed, Anfu Glass will continue to operate, while Zhongda Quartz will be legally deregistered. All business, assets, rights and obligations, contracts, and other related matters of Zhongda Quartz will be legally inherited by Anfu Glass.
