Ministry of Finance: Fully promote inter-provincial reimbursement of fiscal electronic bills.

The Ministry of Finance announced on January 21st that, in order to solve the difficulty of cross-provincial reimbursement of fiscal electronic bills and continuously improve the efficiency of social application of fiscal electronic bills, based on the previous pilot program, the Ministry of Finance has decided to comprehensively carry out the cross-provincial reimbursement of fiscal electronic bills. The announcement specifies that fiscal electronic bills are fully included in the scope of cross-provincial reimbursement. Fiscal electronic bills produced and supervised by provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps must adopt a national unified format, coding rules, and electronic bill data standards, and must be connected to the national fiscal electronic bill public service platform in real time as required, fully included in the scope of cross-provincial reimbursement.
