The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the "Administrative Licensing Implementation Procedures Regulations". The regulations include seven chapters, including general provisions, application and acceptance, review, decision and service, exit procedures, legal responsibilities, and supplementary provisions, totaling fifty articles. The regulations are in line with the needs of financial regulatory system reform, clarify the hierarchical classification handling mechanism, and further improve the administrative licensing work process. The release of the regulations is beneficial for enhancing the standardization of administrative licensing work within the Commission system, strengthening the main responsibilities of financial institutions, and improving the quality and effectiveness of market access work.
