German data shows: China's machine tool exports surpass Germany's, ranking first in the world.

According to the German newspaper "Die Welt" website reported on January 19th, German machine tool manufacturers have lost the title of world export champion. The German Machine Tool Builders' Association cited official preliminary statistics reports as saying that China became the most important supplier country in the global market for this segment in 2025 for the first time. The association stated that China accounted for 21.6% of global machine tool export business, while Germany only accounted for 16.7%. This is because the development trends of the two countries last year were completely opposite: the export value of German domestic manufacturers decreased by 10%, while China's export value increased by 18%.
