Nvidia invests $150 million in artificial intelligence reasoning startup Baseten

On January 21st, it was reported that the American artificial intelligence infrastructure provider Baseten has completed a $300 million financing, with a valuation of $5 billion. This round of financing was led by the venture capital firm IVP and Alphabet's independent growth fund CapitalG, with participation from Nvidia, who invested $150 million in Baseten as part of the transaction.
