Partial speed restrictions on the high-speed train route from Madrid to Barcelona, Spain.

The Spanish Railway Infrastructure Management Authority announced on the 20th that temporary speed restrictions will be implemented on a section of the high-speed railway from the capital Madrid to the country's second largest city Barcelona. On the same day, rescuers confirmed that a high-speed train accident in the province of Cordoba had resulted in the deaths of 42 people.
