Another train in Spain has derailed, leaving at least 4 people seriously injured.

On the evening of the 20th local time, a train traveling on the R4 line near the outskirts of Barcelona, heading towards Manresa, derailed between Gelida and Martorell. Rescue teams have reported that at least 4 people, including the train driver, have been seriously injured. Some passengers are trapped, but there have been no reports of fatalities at the moment. Preliminary investigations suggest that the accident may have been caused by a section of the wall collapsing onto the track and colliding with the train. The relevant section of the track is currently disrupted, and civil defense authorities have activated the emergency plan for railways.
