OpenAI and ServiceNow have signed a three-year cooperation agreement.

OpenAI and ServiceNow have announced that they have signed a three-year partnership agreement to integrate the ChatGPT developer's artificial intelligence models into ServiceNow's commercial software. The progress of this collaboration is based on customers using OpenAI models within the ServiceNow platform, and includes revenue commitments from ServiceNow to OpenAI. Specific terms were not disclosed. "Businesses are looking to directly apply OpenAI's intelligent technology to ServiceNow's workflows," said Brad Leitkamp, Chief Operating Officer of OpenAI. "Looking ahead, customers are particularly interested in intelligent agents and multimodal interactive experiences, so they can use artificial intelligence as a true collaborative partner within the ServiceNow system."
