Haier Smart Home: Plans to repurchase a maximum of 1 million D shares and cancel to reduce registered capital.

Haier Smart Home announced that, according to the authorization of the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting, it plans to launch a D-share repurchase plan, with a maximum total repurchase amount of not more than 30 million euros and a maximum number of not more than 1 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.369% of the company's D-share capital and 0.011% of the total capital. The repurchased D-shares will be cancelled to reduce the registered capital. This repurchase will start on or around January 21, 2026, and will continue until July 20, 2026, and may be stopped, suspended, or resumed according to the situation.
