Haiqi Group: Senior executive Chen Jian resigns due to job transfer.

The HAICO Group announced that the board of directors has received the written resignation report from senior executive Chen Jian. He applied for resignation from the position of deputy general manager due to a job transfer, and his departure date is January 20, 2026, earlier than the originally scheduled term which was until December 31, 2026. After resignation, Chen Jian will no longer hold any position in the company, and there are no unfulfilled public commitments. His resignation will take effect from the date the report is delivered to the board of directors and will not affect the normal production and operation of the company.
