Before this guarantee, the company's guarantee balance for Small Household Appliances was 350 million yuan, and after this guarantee, it is 400 million yuan, with a remaining guarantee balance of 100 million yuan. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company and its controlling subsidiaries have approved valid guarantee amounts of 3.42 billion yuan and 80 million US dollars, with an actual external guarantee total balance of 695 million yuan and 2.5623 million US dollars, accounting for 15.23% of the company's audited net assets at the end of 2024, with no overdue guarantee situations.
