The Ministry of Natural Resources releases the first batch of innovative cases of planning and land policy to support the development of new industries and business models.
On January 20th, the Ministry of Natural Resources held a press conference to release the first batch of "Planning and Land Policy Innovation Case Studies to Support the Development of New Industries and Formats", promoting the typical experiences of 19 cases from cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Chengdu, Xi'an, Dalian, Xiangtan, Zhuzhou, etc. According to the introduction, these cases are all selected from the fresh practices at the grassroots level nationwide, gathering recent wisdom explorations and applications in optimizing planning adjustments and land use conversion rules, supporting land compatibility and comprehensive utilization, enriching land allocation methods, optimizing property rights registration services, and strengthening monitoring and evaluation. Encouraging all regions to actively plan for innovative initiatives, explore flexible and efficient ways of resource allocation, form a virtuous cycle of "innovation in one place, benefits in many places", promote the transformation of spatial utilization patterns from "incremental expansion" to "potential tapping of existing resources" and from "rigid control" to "flexible adaptation", realize the transformation of planning and land policies from regulatory thinking to management thinking, further releasing and expanding the comprehensive efficacy of policies.
