National Development and Reform Commission: We must further clarify price relationships, promote efficient allocation of resources, and ensure safe and stable supply.
On January 20th, Wang Changlin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office that promoting a reasonable increase in prices has always been an important goal of our macroeconomic regulation. In terms of reform policies, we need to further streamline price relationships, promote efficient allocation of resources, and ensure safe and stable supply. At the same time, we must continue to ensure the stable supply and prices of essential goods for people's livelihoods, and not slacken the control over the entire chain of production, supply, storage, and sales of essential goods for people's livelihoods to ensure an adequate supply and stable prices, and strengthen the foundation of people's livelihoods.
