The General Office of the People's Government of Pudong New Area, Shanghai issued the "Work Plan for Promoting the Construction of Zhangjiang Artificial Intelligence Innovation Town in Pudong New Area". The development goals of the plan are to focus on the cutting-edge areas of artificial intelligence industry, break through a number of key core technologies, launch a number of high-end products and popular applications, build a world-class artificial intelligence industry cluster, and construct a globally influential concentrated area for innovative applications in vertical fields. By 2027, it is expected to gather over 800 large-scale application enterprises in artificial intelligence vertical areas, cultivate 3 to 5 industry benchmark enterprises, complete over 100 large-scale model filings, create over 30 artificial intelligence demonstration application scenarios, and achieve a scale of 65 billion yuan in the artificial intelligence industry. By 2030, the "Dual Thousand" goal of gathering over 1000 large-scale application enterprises in artificial intelligence vertical areas and surpassing a industry scale of over 100 billion yuan is expected to be achieved, forming a group of benchmark application scenarios with replicable significance.
