Jianglong Shipbuilding announced that director and deputy general manager He Wenjun, who holds 9,702,600 shares, accounting for 2.5691% of the total shares, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2,425,700 shares within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days later, through centralized bidding or bulk trading, representing 0.6423% of the total shares of the company.
