Recently, it was learned from the Zhejiang Private Enterprise Development Association that the overall development of private enterprises in Zhejiang is stable and improving, with the core strength continuously consolidated. By the end of 2025, the total number of private enterprises registered in Zhejiang Province was 3.7689 million, with 56.5 private enterprises per thousand people in Zhejiang. In terms of industries, by the end of 2025, the number of private enterprises registered in the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in Zhejiang Province was 42,800, 905,400, and 2,820,600 respectively, with nearly 75% of private enterprises operating in the tertiary industry.
