Shanghai Hanxun Announcement: The company recently received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific objects by Shanghai Hanxun Information Technology Co., Ltd. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has checked the prospectus for the issuance of shares to specific objects submitted by the company and related application documents, and believes that the application documents are complete, and therefore decides to accept them. The issuance of shares to specific objects by the company in this instance still needs to be reviewed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and must receive approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented.
