NIO Legal Department: Maliciously discrediting NIO, multiple online accounts are ordered to compensate and apologize.

On January 19th, the legal department of Weilai issued a notice stating that the users and operators of multiple online accounts such as "Delusional Network," Mao Xiangjian, and Changsha County Xingsha Xiaowangtu Network Technology Service Studio, have repeatedly posted false information related to Weilai and maliciously defamed the company's operations in order to gain traffic and seek illegitimate benefits. Recently, the court has made a first-instance judgment on the case, determining that their actions were illegal, seriously infringing on Weilai's legitimate rights, and ordering them to publicly apologize and compensate Weilai for economic losses. The users and operators of multiple online accounts such as "Lao Cai Business Reflection", Cai Yongjin, Wang Yanzhao, and Hangzhou Qingsonglai Guest Culture Media Co., Ltd., have also been found to have repeatedly posted insulting and defamatory information against Weilai, damaging Weilai's reputation. Recently, the court has issued a final judgment on the case, recognizing their actions as illegal, and the three defendants have complied with the judgment by apologizing and compensating Weilai.
