New energy vehicles have a new channel for going overseas, with the implementation of a new mode of integrated maritime supervision for the Chongqing-Guangzhou railway-sea transportation.
On January 19, 36 containers carrying 108 "Chongqing-made" new energy vehicles were successfully loaded and shipped at the Nansha Port of Guangzhou Port, marking the successful implementation of the "Chongqing-Guangzhou new energy vehicle iron-sea intermodal maritime regulation mutual recognition pilot service". This establishes a new green channel for new energy vehicles to go to sea, connecting Southwest China with South China. Unlike previous transportation modes, these new energy vehicles were directly transported by railway to Nansha Port after being packed at the Chongqing factory. They were loaded onto the ship without further inspection, achieving "one consignment, one bill of lading, one container to destination". The logistics cost per container was reduced by approximately 1600 to 1800 yuan, domestic transportation time was reduced by at least 2 days, the transportation time was improved by about 20%, and logistics costs were reduced by about 25%.
