The Qichacha APP shows that recently, Huaneng Offshore Wind Power Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 320 million RMB. Its business scope includes wind power technology services, electrical equipment repair, engineering and technical research and experimental development, sales of solar thermal products, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is jointly held by Huaneng International's wholly-owned subsidiary Huaneng International Power Jiangsu Energy Development Co., Ltd., and China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation's (CRRC) wholly-owned subsidiary CRRC Capital Holdings Co., Ltd.
