The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other five departments have issued guiding opinions on the construction of zero-carbon factories. The opinions propose to enhance the level of digitalization and intelligence, achieve intelligent carbon control. Implement the "Guidelines for the Construction of Digital Energy Carbon Management Centers for Industrial Enterprises and Parks", use industrial Internet, Internet of Things, big data and other technologies to build and operate digital energy carbon management centers, achieve precise measurement of energy consumption and carbon emissions, refined control, intelligent decision-making, and visual presentation. Encourage factories to strengthen the application of new generation information technology, accelerate the update and replacement of industrial operating systems, use digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, blockchain, digital twins, etc., to accurately model the entire production process, predict operational status, optimize process parameters, and improve the digital intelligence level of various aspects such as production and manufacturing, quality management, logistics transportation, sales services, and traceability management.
