According to the Qichacha APP, China Ship Clean Energy Development Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes wind power generation technology services, electrical equipment sales, and research and development of emerging energy technologies. Shareholding information on Qichacha platform shows that the company is fully owned by China Shipbuilding Technology.
