In recent years, Hebei Province has vigorously promoted the development and utilization of clean energy, orderly advancing new energy projects such as wind power, distributed photovoltaics, centralized photovoltaics, "fish light complementation," and "agricultural light complementation" according to the regional characteristics, assisting in green low-carbon development. According to State Grid Hebei Power Company, by the end of 2025, the province's installed capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power generation connected to the grid will reach 133.03 million kilowatts, accounting for 68% of the total installed capacity.
