The Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce issues a call to the artificial intelligence industry: Open collaboration, break down barriers, and build a new ecosystem for the industry.

On January 16, the Artificial Intelligence Special Committee of Shanghai Federation of Industry and Commerce held the theme event "Building Foundations with Chips, Creating a Smart Future". During the event, the committee issued a call to the industry to focus on AI system integration, jointly build a new stage of ecological cooperation, advocate for open industry collaboration, break barriers, and work together in the fields of data, models, computing power, and applications to create a new ecosystem for the "Chip-Model-Smart" industry. The call to action urges the industry to actively participate in the construction of a data circulation and trading system, strengthen data governance and security protection, jointly build a trusted data market, and unlock the value of data elements; increase investment in model research and collaborative innovation, and work together with universities, research institutions, and industry partners to build a capacity base.
