DeCai Stock: Director Zhang Kun Resigns

Announcement by Decai Corporation: on January 16, 2026, the company received a written resignation letter from Mr. Zhang Kun. Due to work arrangements, Mr. Zhang Kun applied to resign from the position of director of the fifth board of directors of the company. After resigning, Mr. Zhang Kun will not hold any position in the company.
