Bochu Electronics announced that the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for the year 2026 was held on January 16, 2026, chaired by Chairman Tang Ye. A total of 142 shareholders and proxies attended the meeting, holding a total voting rights of 219 million shares, accounting for 75.95% of the total voting rights of the company. The meeting voted on the proposal to change the scale of investment for the raised funds investment project and to add new raised funds investment projects and permanent supplemental working capital through a combination of on-site and online voting. Among the common shareholders, 99.99% voted in favor of the proposal. The meeting resolution was witnessed by the Shanghai Jintiancheng Law Firm and deemed to be legal and valid.
