Xinyu Guoke Announcement: The shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, Jiangxi Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd., plans to reduce its holdings from October 25, 2025 to January 15, 2026 through centralized bidding. They will reduce their holdings by 2,223,200 shares at an average price of 32.6 yuan per share, representing a reduction of 0.80%. After the reduction, they will hold 74,531,600 shares, accounting for 26.93% of the total share capital. Previously, they planned to reduce their holdings by no more than 2,767,600 shares, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, and this plan has now been completed.
