BoRui Communication Announcement, Chengdu Media Industry Group acquired 12.22% of the company's shares through the transfer of state-owned equity without compensation, and at the same time acquired 100% equity of Xinwen Industry through the transfer without compensation, with a total shareholding ratio in the listed company of 23.37%. After this acquisition is completed, the Media Industry Group's total shareholding in the listed company exceeds 30%, but Chengdu State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) remains the actual controlling shareholder of the company.
